This rare and remarkable release will be celebrated with an exclusive five-course wagyu tasting dinner, carefully paired to highlight its complex profile. Crafted in full Mizunara oak casks - sourced from trees that require 150 to 200 years to mature - this whisky carries the elegance and depth of one of the rarest woods in the world. The Mizunara imparts notes of plum, almond, fig, sandalwood, black tea, and honey, creating a truly distinctive experience. With only 1,000 bottles available across Canada, this limited-edition release stands as one of the most mature Canadian whiskies ever bottled, and at $599.95, marks a record-setting milestone for J.P. Wiser’s. This will be a celebration not only of whisky craftsmanship but also of history, rarity, and innovation.
