Indulge in a menu that travels from the coastal richness of Paella with seared scallop and saffron cream, to the elegance of Veal Saltimbocca, the rustic depth of Coq Au Vin, and the bold flavours of traditional Caçoila, before finishing with a decadent Black Forest Cake.
